  • Do: Use AI to write a thousand different "chaos" scripts to try and break your system in ways you never imagined.

The value isn't in doing the "standard" things faster. The value is in doing the "impossible" things for the first time.

The "Efficiency Paradigm" is a trap designed by people who sell cloud computing credits. They want you to use more tokens. They want you to run more processes. They want you to automate your soul until you're just a hollow shell of "optimized" processes with no competitive moat left.

True disruption isn't about being the fastest. It's about being the most indispensable. And you can't automate indispensability.

Kill the metrics. Stop the clock. If your "productivity" is up but your innovation is down, you aren't winning. You're just failing at a higher frequency.

Fire the prompt engineers. Hire a philosopher who knows how to code.
